Year 6 pupils at St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School in Darlington enjoyed a fantastic day on two wheels as part of their Year 6 Leavers’ Bike Ride 2026. The children completed an impressive 12-mile round trip, showing excellent determination, resilience and enthusiasm throughout the journey.

As we come to the end of another successful academic year, we are incredibly proud of everything our pupils, staff and wider school community have achieved over the past two terms. From inspiring classroom learning and creative projects to sporting success, educational visits, performances and community events, there has been so much to celebrate.

The children soaked up the sunshine as they explored the beach, built impressive sandcastles and spent time enjoying the seaside with their friends.
